Our three story cooperative stands apart from the crowded urban scene. It's located on 8.62 acres at 85th and Xerxes Avenue North in Brooklyn Park. The back patio of the building overlooks the 11th fairway of beautiful Edinburgh Golf Course. We have easy access to walking and biking trails and it's just a short drive to shopping, dining, grocery, clinics and drug stores. Our cooperative has 99 units in a variety of one and two-bedroom plans.
Our members enjoy the Edinburgh community room with full kitchen for large group entertaining and the Fairway room for smaller groups. We have three guest rooms, 15 laundry rooms, an exercise room, heated underground parking for a small monthly fee, a car wash bay, a wood shop and a craft room. All this in a secure building designed for independent living for seniors. The cooperative has won the 2003 City Award for best grounds and gardens and in 2000 the award for best decorated holiday building. There are many group activities and committees.
