Parkway Cooperative is located near the "Heart of the City" in Burnsville. The surrounding community includes a hair salon, multiple banks within blocks, restaurants, a beautiful park and much more.
Parkway Cooperative has a library, an exercise room, a craft room, a great room, a woodshop and a cozy lobby for residents to enjoy. Guests can enjoy any one of our three guest rooms which include two double beds with linens provided, a television, a 3/4 bathroom and its own heat/air conditioning controls for only $45 per night.
There are always activities planned for Parkway residents. We have theme parties, coffee hours, cocktail hours, card games, Bingo, pot lucks and pancake breakfasts to name a few. Parkway Cooperative offers all of these things and more for independent seniors 62 and over.
